Council Training Course Descriptions

Cub Scout Leadership Training is intended to provide Cubmasters, Assistant Cubmaster, Den Leaders, Pack Committee Chairpersons, and Pack Committee Members with the information and tools they need to successfully lead a Cub Scout pack. Comprehensive 1-Evening Cub Scout Leader-Position-Specific is an instructor-led offering that is a comprehensive version of the basic training for Cub Scouters, which means that after successfully completing this one-evening session you will have completed the required leader-specific training for all of the above Cub Scouting leadership. This training is portable; our trainers can bring this course to your unit to get your leaders trained. To host one of these sessions, please contact your District Training Chair.

BB & Archery Training is a safety course that is required to have your Pack open the BB or Archery ranges at Quail Hill. We offer this course several times in the Spring and Fall of each year. Click here for Upcopming BB & Archery Range Safety Courses

Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) is intended to provide Pack Leaders with the skills to take their Packs on an overnight. BALOO is offered in the Spring and Fall each year.
