FSR Provisional Summer Camp

Provisional Camp is an opportunity for the Scout to spend a week at camp without having to go with their troop.  Provisional camping is also a great opportunity for Scouts to catch up on merit badges, complete merit badges already started, or to enjoy the outdoor adventures offered at Forestburg Scout Reservation.  Also, if the Scout is unable to attend summer camp with their troop, it is a great way for them to still enjoy their summer camp experience.  

A Scout can attend any week they wish and we will place them with a Provisional Troop that will take care of them as if he or she were one of their own Scouts.  Or, their Scoutmaster may recommend a Troop for them to stay with during the desired week. 

Our provisionals Scoutmaster will reach out to their provisional Scouts to work with them to register for Merit Badges.   Based on the sign-ups, Scouts will be placed in either of our two sub-camps.
