Come out and join us for an evening of fun and information. 

 

 

We expect to have all of the Council Committees and Professional Staff on hand as a part of this annual event to help your unit plan for your next year of Scouting!  

We will also have a question and answer session with the Council Key Leadership about the new Council Service Fee during the night.

 

The timeline for the event will be:

6:00 pm – Open, Food is served

6:30 pm – Opening by Council Key 3, including welcome, National topics, and the Council Service Fee

7:00 pm – Midway Opens/Popcorn Training

9:00 pm – Food Closes
