Rentable Facilities

The following facilities can be rented online for hourly, half-day. day, and weekend use.

The ranges are available for rental by the hour. The fee includes weapons and materials. The unit must provide an adult with BB/Archery certification to supervise the program.

The Pavilion on the Field Sports Field is also available for rent. This does not include any use of the shooting ranges unless you also rent those.

Bishop Pavilion is located behind Lawerence Lodge.  The pavilion has a concrete floor and picnic tables.  There are lights and power outlets making it suitable for evening meetings and training classess.  

This is the main building at camp consisting of two floors of meeting space, a full kitchen, and updated restrooms. The main floor has a full kitchen, restrooms, a large main room and two break out rooms. The maximum capacity is 120 with chairs and tables and 215 with chairs only. Downstairs are two additional meeting rooms. The building can be used for events such as a court of honor, blue and gold dinner, pinewood derby, or a training course.

There are four options for renting the lodge. These are the full building, the main floor which includes the kitchen and either of the downstairs meeting rooms. Rentals rates are for half day, a full day or a weekend. Please contact the Service Center to inquire about renting.

Picnic Areas

There are three picnic areas for rental. Maricopa and Pima are open areas while the shooting sports pavilion is a covered structure. The capacity for the picnic areas is 100 and 125 for the pavilion. Use of additional areas such as BB or Archery or the Pool can be arranged.

Special Events

 

For special events such as a Klondike Derby, a Campfire, or Family Camp the various areas of the camp can be combined into a single event rental. For example, the upper group area includes Lawrence lodge, the activities field and Webelos Lodge. The lower group area includes Scout Lodge and the adjacent campsites. The entire camp can even be rented.

Other Facilities of Note

Lass Lodge

Lass Lodge is located at the end of the main road in camp. The building houses the weekend campmasters, camp first aid, and the Camp trading post. The trading post is open most weekends and during summer camp. It has a wide variety of snacks and drinks as well as other camp and Scout supplies.
