Cub Scout Leader Position-Specific Training
If you're a new Cub Scout Leader, or an experienced leader who is taking on a new position, or a parent of a Cub Scout who wants to get involved, this course is for you! Cub Scout Leader Position-Specific Training will show you everything you need to know about Cub Scouting, the role and responsibilities of adult leaders (Cubmasters and their assistants, Den Leaders and their assistants, and Pack Committee Chairs and Members), and the resources available to help ensure your success.
Comprehensive 1-Evening Cub Scout Leader-Position-Specific Training is an instructor-led offering that is a comprehensive version of the basic training for Cub Scouters, which means that after successfully completing this one-evening session you will have completed the required leader-specific training for all of the above Cub Scouting leadership positions (Pack Trainers need to complete The Fundamentals of Training, which is not part of this offering). This training does not expire.
This training is portable; our trainers can bring this course to your unit to get your leaders trained. To host one of these sessions, please contact your District Training Chair.
